You should receive an email regarding availability for your desired accommodation.

②You must apply no later than one week in advance of your scheduled lodging date.
Please contact the accommodation in person if arriving in less than one week.

③If contacted on nonbusiness days; including Saturdays, Sundays, New Year’s holidays,
and Golden Week Holiday (from around the end of April to around early May);
we will contact you on the following business day.
