Cancellation Policy
An alternation will be made to our cancellation policy starting from June 1st 2025. Please confirm that the following statement will be applied;
【Individual (1 to 14 people)】
At least 4 days before arrival … No charge
2 or 3 days before arrival … 20% of original charge
The day before arrival … 30% of original charge
The day of arrival … 100% of original charge
No show … 100% of original charge
【Group (15 people or more)】
At least 2 weeks before arrival … No charge
7 ~ 13 days before arrival … 20% of original charge
1 ~ 6 days before arrival … 50% of original charge
The day of arrival … 100% of original charge
No show … 100% of original charge
Remarks-
The percentage signifies the rate of cancellation charge to the original charges.
When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charge for its first day shall be paid by the guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
When part of a group booking (for 15 people or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charge shall not be charged for the number of rooms equivalent to 10% of the number of rooms booked as of 14 days prior to the occupancy (When accepted less than 14 days prior to the occupancy, as of the date) with fractions as a whole number.
As for the group specified in the preceding Paragraph 3, this shall not apply if a memorandum on group reservation or similar agreement has been concluded separately.
Cancellation requests made outside the council’s business hours will be treated as received on the next business day.
