Akita’s tallest mountain, Akita Komagatake Mountain features a panoramic view of Lake Tazawa, as well as a wide variety of alpine plants. A great place to hike to see beautiful nature, such as Dakigaeri Ravine and the beech forest within Nyuto Hot Spring Village.
