Our association ran a booth in “Visit Japan FIT Fair 2019”<\/strong> <\/span>in Thailand from 8th to 11th of November. Unlike the other famous tourist destinations, our selling point was Green Tourism and Rural Destinations.<\/p>

Our reliable team in Thai, POKKE LLC, was with us the entire Thai trip. Please check our previous collaboration held this January from\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>

This event gave spotlight to “Winter Tourism” and the venue was crowded with people for whole 3 days!<\/p>

Since direct flight from Bangkok – Sendai (Tohoku) started from October, we believe Tohoku trip will keep increasing for Thai.<\/p>

On the last day of the fair, our ladies dressed up in flamboyant Akita attire and Ms. Kouko Sasaki from farm stay “Kurinoki” performed the traditional Akita dance in the main stage!\u00a0<\/p>

We also found our challenges in this trip.<\/p>

For foreign tourists, Akita lacks in English\/foreign language information.<\/p>

It is important for us to deliver appropriate information to those who are in need.<\/p>
